About Me
I’m Jess Wilcock, a London-based multidisciplinary artist specialising in visual development for animation and costume design.
My work is driven by storytelling, with a focus on expressive, character-led worlds that explore emotion, identity, and inclusivity. As a queer artist, my personal experiences inform much of my creative practice, shaping the narratives I develop.
Alongside my core disciplines, I have experience in makeup, hair styling, photography, and performance, which inform my approach to character, worldbuilding, and visual storytelling.
I’m currently expanding my practice into comics, interactive media, and experimental design, while continuing to develop my skills in animation and costume.

Both years were a collaborative stall with a college friend where we sold handmade iron-on patches, bag charms, original prints and stickers. We also offered sketch commissions. Profits from sales were donated to Alzheimer’s Society.
